For those of you that think that you can not get a bad credit mortgage, you obviously have not spent much time looking in to some of the companies that offer this service. Bad credit mortgage loans are possible and a lot of people go this route every year when they are getting a house. Do not let yourself pass on one of the best opportunities that you are going to have to get that mortgage that you have been wanting. It would be foolish to not seek help when you know that it is out there. I was in the same boat that you are, and it was very hard for me at first too, but it is a very safe and common process that a lot of people use.
